We have 'emergency locums' who are available for what we ingeniously call emergency bookings (yes we know but it does exactly what it says on the tin!) – any locum can register as an 'emergency locum' by simply getting in touch with us. Registering as an 'emergency locum' means that you may be called early morning to fulfil a vacant booking we have for that day – in return you will earn a higher rate of pay and travelling expenses, where applicable – as much as 25%. This means we can provide an excellent service to our pharmacy clients while you get a higher salary for the same work – everyone's a winner!

Through our new interactive on-line booking system you can now facilitate your work calendar up to a year in advance – simply fill in the monthly booking pages, telling us when you want to work, when you are unavailable and we will contact personally to notify you when your days have been filled. You can then see on-line from any computer, anywhere which pharmacy the booking is for, what are the opening hours and even download a map for directions.

We are constantly researching the most up-to-date pharmacy matters allowing us to provide you with the best and most professionally efficient service possible whilst helping to locum pharmacists develop and provided improved services to their patients.
We have an in-depth understanding of the Code of Ethics as well as the new Contract for Community Pharmacy and what it means for pharmacists. We understand the increased role that Locum pharmacists perform and are committed to supporting both the Locum and the Client within the industry.

We believe in maintaining high standards within our business processes, which means that we are stringent when we register our locums in order to deliver the best service to all of our clients.
When you register as a Locum with us we will require 2 genuine references from qualified pharmacists a copy of your certificate as well as a valid passport.

Mistakes can happen; we are only human and understand that occasionally things can go wrong. We understand there may be times when you want to contact us and make a complaint about either something you believe we have made an error with or one of our clients.
We will need to know of any errors ASAP so we can put measures in place to correct any grievances. You can contact any one of our co-ordinators to make a complaint about any issue and you can rest assured that it will be dealt with in the most thorough and professional manner.
We want to make sure that all the pharmacies that our locums work in are of an acceptably high standard and therefore anything that you believe does not meet these standards can be dealt with and put right as soon as is possible.
