Agency Tariff

PPLS agency tariff from 1st May 2009, these fees supersede all previous charge sheets.

Agency fees
All the above rates exclude VAT.
Emergency Booking Fee (less than 24hrs notice) £ 30.00
Bookings placed with less than 5 working days notice £ 20.00
Bookings placed with more than 5 working days notice £ 17.80

Cancellations

All introductions are made exclusively by PPLS and once confirmed are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the locum cost if no alternate booking is found and 100% of the agency fee. (Locum costs are for confirmed bookings and subject to a minimum 14 day notice period)

Petrol expenses

30p per mile when applicable, e.g. if the one way distance is over 20 miles. Please inform us of any variation you may have to these expenses.

Permanent recruitment service
All the above rates exclude VAT.
Permanent employment of pharmacist 15% of agreed annual salary
Permanent employment of work permit pharmacist £ 3,500.00
» Charged on joining £ 2,500.00
» after first year, on continuing employment £ 1,000.00
